To access the system will be required to report:
- User that your office has provided you and that is in the form of an email address. For example: usuario@empresa.eu.
- In the "Password" field:
a) For new users, the password will be 6 digits.
b) For active users, the same password that were used to date.
Once verified your password, the main menu will be displayed. If the user connects for the first time, this will be prompted to change the password.
To prevent unauthorized access to db-direct, you should consider the following advices:
- Do not write your password or let anyone to know it.
- Do not leave your computer unattended while it's connected with the Bank.
- Disconnect always db-direct when you are not present, pressing the button Logoff, which is at the top of each db-direct page.
